The Store Manager is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, or annual sales, labor, and food costs and drives their store to profitability goals. The Store Manager is required to manage the overall operation of the store. In particular, supervise and direct the crew, make staffing decisions, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, manage the store’s financial performance while maintaining a safe and secure work environment. The Floating Store Manager will fulfill the role of the Store Manger in their absence, and while at the home store will fulfill the role of an Assistant Manager.
*2-5 years’ experience managing teams, supervising team.
* Excellent job tenure
*Ability to work in fast paced, high stressed environment when dealing with systems/customers/staff
*Strong customer focus and role model at the customer experience.
*Works to achieve company goals and objectives.
*Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
*Technology skills, including computer skills smart phones, iPads, retail handhelds, POS system.
